High quality collet type ER25 (430E) ISO 15488 B, CL2

  • Collet DIN 6499-B (ISO 15488 B), standard class 2, without tightening thread
  • Double taper of the collet chuck slotted on both sides, with withdrawal groove
  • hardened and tempered to approx. HRC 46 and ground
  • For clamping tools with straight shank up to 4 mm max. 0.5 mm, from 4 mm max. 1.0 mm below nominal diameter
  • Dimensions and concentricity of the ER25 collets as shown in the illustration.

Attention: For the clamping size 17.0 to 20.0 mm only the nominal dimension can be clamped.
