For the return of articles you will find a return form with instructions for the return of articles. First of all, we would like to make it clear that this return form and the instructions are only a non-binding suggestion on our part for the optimal processing of your return. Use of the form and compliance with the instructions is voluntary and not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your legal rights. You are therefore under no circumstances obliged to use this return form or to observe the following instructions in order to exercise your statutory right of revocation or other rights to which you are legally entitled. Neither the use or non-use of this form nor the information contained therein shall affect the existence or content of the statutory right of revocation or other rights to which you are legally entitled. However, we would like to ask you to use this form for your return and to adhere to the instructions given. By doing so, you will help us to process your return more quickly and to avoid frequent misunderstandings by standardizing the return process.
Notes for the return shipment
I. General notes
Please refrain from returning articles freight collect, as this will cause considerable additional costs. If you return an article freight collect, the direct costs of which you have to bear, we will also have to charge you the postage for the freight collect shipment. If the costs of the return shipment are to be borne by us, the reimbursement of the return postage paid by you shall be effected without delay. Please make sure that the item to be returned is sent back to us together with all accessories (e.g. rechargeable battery, power supply, cable, instructions for use) and in the original packaging of the item. Furthermore, we would like to ask you to make sure that the returned article is securely packed. If you need any packing or filling material for this, please contact us in advance under firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact us in advance for the return of articles that cannot be sent by parcel post (e.g. bulky goods). If you receive a deposit receipt from the freight carrier for the chosen form of return, you should keep this carefully until the returns process is completed.
II. II. Return shipment due to exercise of the legal right of withdrawal
Please check before returning an article for this reason, whether the revocation period for the effective exercise of the right of revocation is still open, unless you have already declared your revocation to us in due time. Please also note that a statutory right of revocation is only available to a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code, i.e. only to a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to his commercial or independent professional activity.
III. Return of goods due to defect
In the case of a return shipment for this reason, please choose in the return form under III. whether you wish a repair (= repair of the faulty or defective article, if possible) or a subsequent delivery (= delivery of a faultless article, if possible). We shall bear the shipping costs necessary for the processing of your justified request for subsequent performance. We will reimburse you immediately after inspection of the article if it has a material defect. Should you wish to have your complaint processed regarding any existing manufacturer's warranty (please refer to the documents supplied with the article), please select this in the form under III. In this case we will forward the article in your name to the manufacturer or its warranty service provider. In this case, the procedure will be governed by the terms of the manufacturer's warranty promise.
IV. Return of goods due to transport damage or loss
Should the delivered article have been visibly damaged in transit (in particular in the case of damaged outer packaging, such as packaging that has been crushed, torn open or torn, soaked through or recognisably reglued) or should components of the delivery have been lost in transit or have been damaged in transit. or if parts of the delivery should have been lost or stolen in transit, please return the article(s) to us if possible in the damaged packaging, if necessary using a further packaging or using the original packaging that you have resealed. If you have received confirmation of the damage to your shipment from the delivery person, please enclose a copy of this confirmation with your return shipment. We also recommend that you take photos of the damaged item if possible. After checking the facts of the case, we will immediately send you the damaged item(s) again free of charge and reimburse you for the shipping costs incurred for the return shipment.
V. Return of goods due to wrong delivery
If we have inadvertently sent you an item you have not ordered or an item you have ordered in the wrong version, please only return the incorrectly delivered item(s) of the order to us. You will immediately receive the correct article free of charge and the shipping costs incurred for the return shipment will be refunded.
VI. Return of goods due to wrong order (commercial)
In the case of returns for which the customer is responsible, we shall charge a cost share of 10% of the order value, but at least EUR 25.00 for re-storage.
