Belt skimmer as oil skimmer for cooling lubricant maintenance

Belt skimmer for cooling lubricant maintenance with and without timer. Our oil skimmer / band skimmer is used to remove tramp oil from cooling lubricants. The band skimmer is mounted directly above the cooling lubricant tank. The belt of the band skimmer has a width of 40mm and therefore requires very little space. The use of our belt skimmers for emulsion care largely prevents the formation of bacteria and considerably increases the service life of the cooling lubricants. The strain on the machine operator caused by odour and steam development is considerably reduced.
